  Like this place, a lot. The food is delicious and so fresh, the tea is awesome, the sweets are perfect. The servers are so knowledgeable and kind. The decor is really cool. One room is white with flowers and more dainty. The other is Alice in Wonderland themed and super cute. I take family here when they visit and they have such a good time. I’ve seen little girl parties happening in the Alice room that looks really sweet. Highly recommend.
  The three stars are because of the hours- 11am-5pm. This place is only open 25-30 hours a week (I’ve been told they’re closed on Mondays “temporarily”). They’re closed on Sundays which is comical given Sunday is brunch day and especially because they allowed me to make a reservation for a Sunday only to be closed... I’m not sure how long this place will be around with such terrible hours and only being open one weekend day. Hopefully they wise up and change things because it’s a fun and good place.

  I have been coming to the tea room as often as I can since it opened. So I have plenty of experience to write this review. If you really want to know what it’s like here, I will be as honest as I can.
  I’ve had my ups and downs, like you would if you were eating anywhere else. But the staff always handles every situation so well, and it’s the way that situations are handled when things go wrong that you should judge a place by. They are all very kind and helpful, and they do their very best to make your experience the best it can be.
  1. Don’t come here if you’re wanting a quick meal. This is a location where you sit and talk and enjoy company while food is made when you order. If you mention being in a rush, they will help the best they can, but rushing through being here, to me, takes away from the experience.
  2. I have had every single tea (finally) that’s on the menu. There’s only one tea that I only thought was only okay, but that was simply because of personal taste in flavor. Everything else is amazing. You can’t go wrong.
  3. The food is incredible. My S.O., he almost always gets the Tuna Melt, but again, everything we have tried has been incredible.
  
  For those who haven’t come before, please be courteous. You don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes and if you come on a busy day-expect to wait for your food and check. It’s just how life is. Maybe they’re down a server. You wouldn’t know. But come in with a positive attitude and I promise you will have the best time! (Also the chances I will be sitting eating is highly likely and I don’t want to overheard negativity if it looks like everyone is trying their best-no ones perfect).
