  I am absolutely thrilled with the care I receive from Dr. Black. As someone with a long history of chronic ailments and sports injuries, he is always extremely attentive and thorough in making sure to find the best treatments for my needs. Beyond exceptional medical care, Dr. Black has the warmest and most welcoming personality, and always makes a personal connection during visits. He is able to create a feeling as if I am being treated by a close friend or family member, which is always incredibly appreciated when I am not feeling well. Thank you, Dr. Black!

  A friend of mine is new to the area and was instructed by her insurance to contact Dr. Black's office as he was her new provider. She called the office to find that appointments were booked up for several weeks. As her issue was urgent, she was then told to simply walk into the office to be seen. She arrived and was asked to fill out paperwork. Once completed, she waited for over an hour for assistance. After her wait the woman behind the desk told that they were no longer accepting new patients. She explained that she did as instructed and needed help. The rude staff showed no concern for her health and told her to leave. All of this while she was in urgent need of medical assistance. Horrible staff with no concern for those in need.

  It takes forever for a very simple appointment. I'm currently on my second visit and it's just obnoxious how long I'm having to wait to be seen.
  
  I'm adding on to this review that on this current visit I waited 2 hours and never saw the doctor. He wasn't even there! What?! My first visit I was there 3 hours. The only reason this visit was shorter is because I finally just walked out. Nothing was accomplished. Avoid Dr. Tawfik at all costs.
